The most alien of the Eight Natural Wonders of Chile, Torres del Paine’s mountain spires cut into the blue sky.Torres del Paine National Park is a Chilean Protected Area encompassing a mountain, glacier, lake, and river-rich area in southern Chile. The Cordillera del Paine is the centerpiece of the park. It lies in a transition area between the Magellanic subpolar forests and the Patagonian Steppes.
