The perfect time to dance, is when you've got a gun dangling from your body. Granted, guns don't go off just by shaking them, but there's probably a reason you don't see any television shows called "Dancing with Guns". Not everyone is carrying a piece, but these dancing police officers, shimmying security guards, and twisting traffic cops may be armed.
Luckily dancing cops have been caught on camera by brave videographers and uploaded before their cameras could be confiscated. Videotaping law enforcement is all fun and games until someone gets arrested.
